= Because ,we are unable for find motivation from ourselves, so we need other peoples thinking or best examples to give us an option, for work with an positive thinking.

As according my short knowledge all person needs motivation to work with an creative or positive energy .

Then he need motivation or not .
Yes , that person always need motivation to work as a freelance if he is getting work time to time then it's OK .
But sometimes if he didn't get work then he need to motivated himself with some patience.
